Location - close to airport, IT hub, some hospitals, a lake is visible but the lake is not very clean. Staff- They r the best part of this hotel. Reception staff are very friendly, speak good English and Hindi. They are eager to help you and sort out your problems. I could even get a dinner of sandwiches and juice at 1 am after a long travel. Mr Siddique, with whom I interacted at reception was very courteous and helpful. Food- Bazaar Is a nice restaurant. Staff are again very friendly. The spread of buffet Breakfast is good. Dinner had buffet on one day, but the variety was not that good. The next day there was no buffet but I was asked to order ala carte. Taste of the food is not that great. Mr Insan looked after my table, was helpful. Room- My room was like a suite with 2 TVs and really spacious. Room is very clean. Hot water kettle is there. Mineral water was not replenished every day (may be they forgot) but I didn't ask for it either. Usually they respond very fast when something is asked for. Air conditioning and hot water facilities are excellent. Toiletries were good.

It was fully worthy stay with zone hotel . All are very classy services and all staffs well trained to treat guests . I would like to take a moment to appreciate Mr . Akhil for giving us a wonderful experience with zone hotel . He's such an amazing soul .....from day one to till the day of our check out ...he assisted so much . It was so helpful since we were new to Chennai.
